The Buena Vista Villas offers much more than just luxurious private villas however. On the property they have three pools, a restaurant, bar, and best of all your own private beach. Since Manuel Antonio is a national park hotels are not allowed to build directly on the beach, and all beaches in Costa Rica are owned by the government and therefore public. What makes the Tulemar property unique is that their 33-acre private property includes the private cove with a beautiful beach that is inaccessible if you aren’t staying on the property. In addition to the bar and restaurant being located there, kayaks and boogie boards are also included in your stay. Not to be overlooked are the 33-acres of tropical rain forest that cover the property. It is a daily occurrence to have monkeys run across your rooftop or balcony each morning and at night the sounds of the tree frogs will ease you to sleep.
