Built on top of a hill near the small town of Quebrada de Piedra, guests are greeted with sweeping views of the Pacific Ocean from the moment they arrive. Every single bed at the lodge has brand new sheets and pillow top mattresses, ensuring that you sleep like a baby after a long day of fighting fish. The new bathrooms also feature indoor/outdoor showers. On the property they offer a beautiful pool with swim up bar and an open-air restaurant and bar area with some of the best sunset views you’ll ever see. Your stay here is all inclusive, so all alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, three meals a day, daily appetizers when you return from fishing, laundry service, and even transfers between Panama City and the lodge are included. There are two full time chefs at the resort that create incredible meals for their guests. They take pride that much of the food at the lodge is locally sourced from the Chiriqui province.

The original fleet of 32′ Contender boats at Paradise Fishing Lodge has always been known as one of the best and fastest in the Gulf of Chiriqui. The preferred boat in this region are center consoles, which are better suited cutting down on long run times, running and gunning after schools of yellowfin tuna all day long, and for allowing multiple anglers to be casting and fighting fish simultaneously. The new owner recently gave all these boats a new gelcoat, new nonslip protection, new 300 HP Suzuki motors, and installed dual Garmin touch screens. He didn’t stop there however, as in 2022 he expanded his fleet by acquiring two new 33′ World Cats and a gorgeous 31′ Bertram.  These are ideal for larger groups and for those who want an upgraded fishing experience. The owner is an avid angler himself, so he has sold all of the old tackle he inherited with the lodge and replaced it with brand new, custom made Alutecnos conventional tackle and Diawa spinning gear.
